Renaissance at West River is located on the corner of Main Street and Rome Avenue at 1545 West Main Street, Tampa, FL 33607. Spearheaded by the Tampa Housing Authority, the Renaissance, when complete, will be a 160-unit, six story senior building and part of the West River Redevelopment Project. The Renaissance at West River aligns with the agency’s goal of providing quality affordable housing for our elderly citizens and families. Dallas 1 Construction & Development’s scope on this project includes: site work, earth work, storm water, sanitary sewer and water/fire utilities, site paving and site concrete for parking area.
WWRG Bethune I, LLC, a Florida Domestic Limited-Liability Company is the Developer of the project. Dallas 1 Construction & Development is under contract with DPR Construction, a national commercial contractor and construction manager with regional offices around the country.
