Our team has been working hard at soon to be Cigar Lofts in west Tampa.
The site held a cigar factory for many years and is being turned into affordable student housing.
Our team has installed around 600 linear feet of utilities such as sanitary, water, and fire.
We graded 9,800 square feet of building pads.
Our next phase includes installing over 1,700 square feet of sidewalk, 1,200 linear feet of curb, and around 510 square yards of asphalt.
There will also be paving of over 15,000 square feet of beautiful brick pavers!
