Dallas 1 Construction & Development is under contract with McCullagh & Scott, a complete Design/Build Developer and General Contractor with over 30 years of serving the State of Florida with Integrity and Professionalism, for the complete eight acre project site work: infrastructure to include water, sewer and paving; a six foot fiberglass lift station and excavate and balance of pond site.
