James Boyd

Chief Financial Officer

Since joining Dallas 1 in 2019, James Boyd has helped strengthen the company’s financial and operational foundation while supporting its continued growth. As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees the company’s financial strategy, accounting, human resources, project management, and IT functions, leading initiatives that improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and long-term planning.

Before joining Dallas 1, James spent 18 years in corporate management, building extensive experience in financial leadership and organizational development. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and holds the Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) designation through CFMA.

James is passionate about developing people, improving processes, and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. An active member of the Plant City Rotary Club since 2012, he enjoys mountain biking and spending time with his wife, Christina, and their three children, Noah, Olivia, and Caroline.
