Director of Operations

Since joining Dallas 1 in 2022, Scott Williams has played a key role in strengthening the company’s operations and supporting its continued growth. With more than 30 years of experience in the heavy highway construction industry, he brings extensive expertise in operational leadership, project execution, and team development.

As Director of Operations, Scott works closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to improve project performance, strengthen operational processes, and drive efficiency across the organization. He is passionate about developing leaders, building strong teams, and creating a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys fishing, renovating homes, and spending time with his wife.
