With nearly 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Tom Jacobson brings a wealth of knowledge, steady leadership, and practical expertise to Dallas 1. Since joining the company in November 2024, he has helped lead projects with a focus on effective communication, strong relationships, and delivering quality results.

Tom earned an Associate of Science degree in Building Construction and has spent his career managing projects with integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. Originally from Minnesota, he has called the Tampa Bay area home for more than 60 years and appreciates the strong sense of community that has shaped both his career and his life.

What Tom enjoys most about Dallas 1 is the company’s family atmosphere and shared commitment to continuous improvement. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and discovering new places whenever he has the opportunity.
