Dallas 1 is proud to be a part of the Winthrop Charter School site in Riverview.
We are helping create more space for students to learn, a turn lane, and improving the Winthrop center parking lot & sidewalk.
We have installed over 2,000 linear feet of utilities including storm, sanitary, and water/fire.
We will install 25,000 square feet of sidewalk, 2,000 linear feet of curb, 7,500 square yards of roadway.
