HUB TAMPA @ USF – OFF-SITE AND ON-SITE
Hub Tampa @ USF is located at 2200 E. Fowler, Tampa, FL, Hillsborough County and is owned by Core Tampa Fowler, LLC Tampa. The developer is CORE Spaces.
Tampa Hub @ USF when complete will offer a brand new USF Hub lifestyle of off-campus housing with lavish apartment features and deluxe community amenities such as a rooftop terrace with a pool and hot tube; and a Gym with state-of-the-art equipment, sauna, and meditation classes.
Dallas 1 is under Subcontract with Treehouse Construction, LLC, (J.H. Findorff & Son, Inc. of Madison, WI) with two Subcontracts. The Off-Site Subcontract’s Scope of Work includes demolition of concrete curb, asphalt, pressurized pipe, storm pipe, landscaping, and road restoration; all off-site utilities: storm, water, and sanitary sewer. The On-Site Subcontract’s Scope of Work includes a survey with as-builts; earthwork, demolition of asphalt, concrete, and underground structures; all utilities; fire, water, sanitary and storm sewer; curbs, sidewalks, and asphalt pavement. The Civil Engineer for both Subcontracts is Kimley Horn of Tampa, FL.
Dylan Mann, Dallas 1’s Project Manager along with Bo Witt as Superintendent are overseeing the project and the Hub Tampa @ USF is expected to be completed for a 2022 opening.
