Dallas 1 is thrilled to announce the completion of our recent infrastructure project in collaboration with Hillsborough County & FDOT on 86th Street!
The strategic replacement of the roadway and water main was undertaken to enhance the overall experience for the community, particularly with the anticipated increase in traffic due to the new Azalea Apartments nearby.
The revitalization effort included the installation of 5,400 square feet of sidewalks, over 1,000 linear feet of curbs, and 1,500 square yards of fresh asphalt.
Not only did we upgrade the surface, but we also undertook the relocation of over 600 linear feet of the street’s water main.
We’re proud to work with Hillsborough County & FDOT in making 86th Street a safer, more aesthetically pleasing, and efficient thoroughfare.
