Dallas 1 Construction & Development is in Contract with Capstone Building Corp. to perform the Site Work for the Sur Club Apartments in the Skyway Marina District, St. Petersburg, FL. Our Site Work includes: Earthwork, Storm, Sanitary, In Line 12” Drain, Water & Fire along with Paving and Concrete work.
Dallas 1 Construction & Development is also in Contract with Skyway Master Improvements, LLC for Offsite Improvements required by the City of St. Petersburg, FL on 30th Avenue and 32nd Avenue bordering the Sur Club Apartments Project. These improvements are to benefit both the City and the residence of Sur Club.
The Skyway Marina District is situated at St. Petersburg’s southernmost point, near the Skyway Bridge, Eckerd College and Boca Ciega Bay. The business district stretched from 30th Avenue to 54th Avenue S. along 34th Street.
The Sur Club is being developed by Phillips Development & Realty. Their website states:

The Project is expected to have a completion date of July 2021.
