Cypress Creek Middle School located at 8845 Old Pasco Road, Wesley Chapel, FL.
This project includes the complete site work and construction of a new middle school for the District School Board of Pasco County. The site is adjacent to the current Cypress Creek Middle High School, which will then become the high school once the new middle school is opened.
Dallas 1 Construction & Development is under contract with AJAX Building Corp. for the complete site work and utilities. Dallas 1’s Project Manager is David Carney and Superintendent is Willie Shores.
The Middle School should be completed by June 2020 and opened for sixth through eighth grades in the fall for 2020-21 school year.
