NORTHWEST ELEMENTARY SCHOOL RENOVATIONS
Northwest Elementary School is located at 143 Cobra Way, Hudson, FL in Pasco County and is owned by the District School Board of Pasco County, FL.
The Northwest Elementary School Renovation Project is being completed as the Pasco County School Board is going to re-open three schools as a Cambridge K-12 Complex. Northwest Elementary School will re-open as Hudson Primary Academy, educating pre-kindergarten through third-grade students. Hudson Middle School will be named Hudson Academy and will educate fourth through eighth-grade students. Hudson High School, ninth through twelfth-grade students, will have some renovations after this school year ends.
Dallas 1 is under Subcontract with Moss & Associates, LLC, of Tampa, FL for all Sitework and Water Main Improvements at the Northwest Elementary School. The Civil Engineer is Coastal Design Consultants of New Port Richey, FL. Dallas 1’s scope of work includes: Water Main Improvements on 6 inch, 8 inches, and 12 inch PVC Water Main; Fire Hydrant relocation and updated 6 inches and 8 inch PVC Fire Main; Reclaim Water; and Sidewalk and Asphalt Removal and Replacement.
Dylan Mann, Dallas 1’s Project Manager along with Wally Hoffman as Superintendent are overseeing the project and it is expected to be completed before the 2021-22 school year
